Lead X Ray Letters Film Markers - Lead Letters/Arrows/Numbers
Mounted and Unmounted Lead Letters, Arrows and Numbers
Our letters are manufactured by a process which eliminates large internal voids so that your x-ray legends will be clear and distinct. Since they are manufactured with flat backs, they can be easily and firmly mounted on any flat surface. Flat Face is the standard style, although Condensed Deep Block is also a popular style because of its improved legibility on x-ray film. 1/4" thick Industrial is used in high KV applications. Lead arrows are also available in 1/4", 1/2", 5/8", 1", 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" lengths. These lead characters come in a wide selection of styles and sizes so you can easily match what you are presently using.
Optional Letter Mountings
Black Plastic (.030" or .040" thick)
Clear Plastic (.020" or .030" thick) front or back mounting
Aluminum (.016" thick)
Copper (.006", .016", or .032" thick)
Standard: All characters will be centered on .020" thick white plastic unless your dimensions, or the specified holder requires otherwise. Industrial style letters are always mounted on black plastic, unless otherwise stated. Flat face style letters are used unless other style is indicated.

How to order online: Due to the many variations & possibile combinations we have developed a process to order lead letters & numbers.
Pick your font style, mounting type, and size from the drop downs then enter the letters/numbers you want in the box and any special mounting instructions. You will be billed 1 cent per letter/word. We will manually re-bill your card the proper amount based on your selections.
If you are buying arrows, please enter "arrows" in the text box.
